Managing your subscription

  • To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription, go to your iPhone's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Undoom.
  • You can also manage it directly from the App Store: open the App Store, tap your profile picture, then tap Subscriptions.
  • Canceling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.


Restore a purchase

If you reinstalled Undoom or switched devices and lost access to your subscription, open the app and tap Restore Purchase on the subscription screen. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.


Refunds

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee from your initial purchase date. Email support@latent-studio.me with your request and we'll process it through Apple's refund system.

After 10 days, all payments are final per our Terms of Service.


Common questions

  • The app blocker isn't working.
    • Open Undoom and make sure Screen Time permissions are granted. Go to Settings > Screen Time and confirm Undoom has access. If you recently updated iOS, you may need to re-grant permissions inside the app.
  • I'm not seeing my habit streaks after reinstalling.
    • Habit data is stored locally on your device and is not backed up to the cloud. A reinstall will reset local data. We're working on backup options for a future update.
  • I want to delete my data.
    • Since we don't have accounts, there's no server-side data to delete. All habit tracking data lives on your device. Deleting the app removes it entirely.
